Since May 11, 2024, the Ivorian media scene has been animated by the broadcast of the new series entitled “Casting for Mom”, an initiative by Orange Côte d’Ivoire in collaboration with the famous director Alain Guikou. The launch event took place in the Orange Village auditorium, in the presence of important figures such as Habib Bamba, the Director of Digital Transformation and Media at Orange.

“Casting for Mom” is a romantic comedy that is divided into 26 episodes, each lasting 26 minutes. It highlights the journey of KIHI-THERESE, a woman exalting strength and resilience. Through her trials and her unwavering smile, she becomes a Source of inspiration for young people.

The cast brings together actors such as Fat Touré and Marie-ange M’GBAKOU, capturing the essence of Ivorian culture through filming in Abidjan and Yamoussoukro. Available on VOD on Orange TV, and soon on Life TV, this series is the result of a fruitful collaboration already demonstrated by previous successful projects.
