May 6, 2024 – 08:45 – Appointments – France

On May 3, 2024, the VINCI Board of Directors, meeting under the chairmanship of Xavier Huillard, unanimously approved the latter’s appointment of Pierre Anjolras as operational general manager of VINCI.

Pierre Anjolras will report to Xavier Huillard, Chairman and CEO of VINCI, and will be responsible for supervising the Group’s operational activities in its various business sectors.

Pierre Anjolras joined the VINCI Group in 1999. He acquired solid experience in motorway concessions, becoming operating director of Cofiroute in 2004 before being appointed general manager of ASF in 2007 (two VINCI Autoroutes networks). In May 2010, Pierre Anjolras became Deputy Managing Director in charge of international affairs and Public Private Partnerships at Eurovia, then Chairman and CEO in 2014, and joined the VINCI executive committee. At the start of 2021, Xavier Huillard appointed Pierre Anjolras president of VINCI Construction and entrusted him with the mission of bringing together Eurovia and VINCI Construction. The continued improvement in VINCI Construction’s performance in this new scope attests to the success of this reorganization.

The VINCI Group specifies that this appointment constitutes the first step in the implementation of Xavier Huillard’s succession plan whose mandate, in his capacity as CEO of VINCI, will end in 2025 at the end of the general meeting called to approve the 2024 accounts.

Xavier Huillard’s current mandates as director and chairman of the VINCI Board of Directors remain in effect until the 2026 general meeting.
