What happened in public administration in 2023? The increase in nominal wages was +3.6% compared to 2022 compared to +1.7% on average, according to the Swiss Wage Index from the Federal Statistical Office published last week. In terms of real salaries – the result of adjusting for inflation – the increase was 1.5% in public administration compared to a drop of 0.4% on average.
