Former president of Doctors Without Borders, born in Jerusalem, Rony Brauman is an important voice in humanitarian issues. Visiting Geneva as part of the Oltramare chair at the Graduate Institute, he puts into perspective the humanitarian issues present in Gaza, but also the use of the category of genocide to qualify current military operations.
