Sabaton’s animated film, The War To End All Wars – The Moviewill be available on video streaming platforms from March 11. This film, eagerly awaited by fans of the group, can be viewed on Apple TV, YouTube Movies, Google Play and Amazon Prime, with a pre-order already available on Apple TV.
A historical and musical journey
Produced in collaboration with the animation studio Yarnhub, specialized in historical narration, The War To End All Wars – The Movie is a captivating 67-minute musical animated film. Inspired by songs from Sabaton’s tenth self-titled studio album, the film immerses viewers in the heroic and often overlooked stories of the First World War.
With a combination of animation and live footage featuring the band members, the film combines historical accuracy and artistic creativity. The powerful soundtrack, drawn from songs from the album, enriches the immersive experience and pays homage to significant events in history.

A project dedicated to the preservation of History
The War To End All Wars – The Movie is part of the “History Rocks” charitable initiative launched by Sabaton in 2023. As part of this project, the group offered the film to 140 museums across 30 territories, whether small local institutions or of internationally renowned museums. These screenings helped attract new audiences and raise awareness of the importance of preserving history, while supporting museums through events and collaborations.
