More than three years after the indictment of Yannick Agnel for suspicion of sexual assault and rape of a minor under 15 years old committed between January 1, 2016 and August 31, 2016, the investigations were closed on Monday 13 January 2025. “ This opens a period of three months for final indictment, possible observations from the parties”specifies the Mulhouse public prosecutor’s office. The judge will then issue an order dismissing the case or referring it to a court. In the latter hypothesis, a trial would then take place. The investigation had already been closed for the first time in the spring of 2024, before being reopened for the duration of final investigative acts.
