A European tour to celebrate their greatest albums

Bullet For My Valentine and Trivium will join forces for the tour Poisoned Ascendency in 2025, a tribute to their revolutionary albums The Poison et Ascendancy released in 2005. European fans will be able to see them on stage, notably in , Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg:

  • February 5: Zurich, The Hall, Switzerland
  • February 7: , Le Zénith, France
  • February 9: Antwerp, Lotto Arena, Belgium
  • February 23: Luxembourg, Rockhal, Luxembourg

A single (with seven-string guitar) for Bullet For My Valentine

During a question-and-answer session with LouderMatt Tuck revealed that Bullet For My Valentine could release a new single as early as January 2025, with a twist: “I have a seven-string guitar [depuis peu]and I'm learning how to use it. The first single from our next campaign will feature this guitar.”

His Trivium counterpart Matt Heafy joked: “You should try a nine-string guitar next! It’s absurd, but so much fun to play.”

Dream collaborations

Asked about their desire for musical collaborations, the two Matts responded with surprising ideas:

  • Matt Tuck : “I would love to do a collaboration track with Sleep Token. Mixing the intensity of Bullet with the magic of their would be really interesting. Besides, if they want to collaborate, let me know.”
  • Matt Heafy : “My dream would be to work with Hans Zimmer, he’s my musical hero in terms of composition.”
