Katy Perry has revealed her secrets to keeping fit, while admitting she hates exercising.

The star of hit-parade has attracted attention in recent months by displaying a very toned physique. Immediately, accusations arose that she was using an injection to lose weight.

Katy Perry denied the rumors, but she alluded to them while taping the special Night of a Lifetime from ITV, filmed recently in London.

The singer told her audience, according to the Daily Mail: “I hate working out.” She then gave her recipe: “You know what I like to do, I like to dance, swim and do things that don’t look like training.”

She added with humor: “I heard my biceps are doing the rounds on the internet. So it’s a bit like swimming, and I must say that I’m a good swimmer.

Discussing her career and physical preparation for her upcoming tour, Katy Perry insisted: “But seriously, it’s been a while since I’ve been on tour and by then it’ll be eight years. So I should go to the gym. The tour will be a dance party and everyone is invited.

Katy Perrry also gave details about her life at home with her fiancé Orlando Bloom: “Orlando is a better cook than me,” she conceded, “but I make crazy avocado toast.”

The star also revealed what her favorite British snacks are: ‘I love Percy Pigs and Colin’s [de Marks and Spencer] because they are healthy and made from fruit juice… Nobody pays me to say that!”

The tour The Lifetimes Tour by Katy Perry will debut in Mexico in April 2025, and she will travel around the world with the show until November.
