To celebrate her big comeback, Lorie also made the decision to meet her audience by launching a tour called Lorie Party. The opportunity for his fans to rediscover his classics.
In full promotion of this new project, the one who tried her hand at comedy by playing Lieutenant Lucie Salducci in the television series Tomorrow belongs to us recently gave a long interview to our colleagues at the magazine 7 Days TV.
During this interview, Lorie not only talked about her big comeback on the music scene, but she also addressed a less stellar aspect of her career: middle class snobbery.
“Daily, it’s been a while since I tried to be invited… For some time, it’s true that the programmers of shows that we didn’t get before have been asking us“, she explained in particular before adding with a certain pride: “But I will also return to Star Academy on December 28th. During the first seasons, I often participated in the show. People even took me for a student, because I was sometimes younger than some of them!“
The singer snubbed by several artists?
If the animators have often shunned Lorie, they are not the only ones who did not want to work with her. Some artists, despite her success, also refused to collaborate with the singer.
“You’re always someone’s nerdy guy anyway. The proof is that certain artists, whose names I will not mention, refused to participate in my last album… Today, I don’t care, because, in the evening, I find my daughter“, she said.
Nina’s mother doesn’t care about the criticism towards her. And that’s so much the better!
