Killswitch Engage set to unveil Forever Alignedthe first single from his upcoming album This Consequence. Available this Wednesday, November 20, this title will mark the start of a new era for the group. The album, scheduled for release in early 2025 via Metal Blade Records, promises to combine power and melody, in line with the group's identity.
Fans can discover Forever Aligned previewed on Liquid Metal from SiriusXM, where it airs hourly today.

A promising album in preparation
During an interview last March with A Swedish Fika With…Killswitch Engage guitarist Joel Stroetzel shared details about the recording process. “We finished all the final parts a few weeks ago. The guitars and vocals are recorded, and Adam [Dutkiewicz, guitariste et producteur] working on final adjustments.”
Stroetzel also revealed that the band recorded more tracks than necessary, posing a pleasant dilemma: “Once the mix is complete, we will have to decide which tracks will appear on the main album and which tracks will perhaps be reserved for B-sides or special editions.”
Singer Jesse Leach described this project as one of the most demanding of his career: “This album was a huge challenge for me. But I am proud of what we accomplished. I gave everything, and it will show.”
