Three years after the success of Coeur and its 400,000 sales, Clara Luciani returns with My blooda third album marked by the birth of her first child. In fact, she prepared this project just before giving birth, as she recalled on the set of C to you this Monday, November 18: “I was afraid that the pregnancy would immobilize me, I had quite a few friends who unfortunately had to be bedridden very early. I said to myself, 'I would really like my body and my mind to allow me to last until the end and to be able to create until the last minute. And it did. Up to ten days before giving birth, I was lucky enough to be able to finish and record my album.”
This album is thus dedicated to her son, and the latter is already a very fan of the project, as we could recently see via an Instagram story of the singer (godmother of the new season of Star Academy) : “Today, the smallest rock critic listened to my third album for the first time. His comments were a little confusing: 'heyéyé guitar guitar', but his body language conveyed a certain enthusiasm. Looking forward to seeing you dancing like that in your living rooms on Friday.” In C à Vous, she confirms the enthusiasm of her little one ((the father of her baby is the musician and singer Alex Kapranos): “He listened to the record before anyone else, he's a very big fan, he only wants to listen to that, he recognized me in the photo (the album cover, editor's note)“On the other hand, she encourages him “to do stupid things, in 'Roule', as Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine pointed out.
Clara Luciani already dreads her son's “college years”
Indeed, in this song, she sings this: “Always keep the key to your childhood on your keychain. Obey me but not too much, a little insolence. Whatever anyone says, the nonsense, you will see, it’s important to do that too.” Words that she is already starting to “regret”! “Maybe in my college years, he'll tell me 'no, but you said it in Roule!' and it will be difficult…“
Note that in an exclusive interview for Télé 7 Jours, she revealed one of her greatest fears: that of seeing her son be teased at school. She herself was a victim of it in her youth and she does not want him to pay the price: “I would be very unhappy if my child was made fun of at school. If I knew that he was going to school with the stomach ache would destroy me.”
