Mika made a significant return in the show “Taratata”, this Friday, November 15, 2024, more than 17 years after his first appearance alongside Nagui. Between his performances, the 41-year-old Lebanese singer spoke in detail about his career and his projects, reports TV Magazine.
Nagui also highlighted his rhythmic lifestyle, between shows and presentations of international programs, particularly in Spain, England and Italy.
“I'm reducing that now. In France, it's over. I'm stopping all my TV shows in France, but I will continue to come back as a singer”confides Mika. When the host mentioned – without naming him – the TF1 program and his famous chair, Mika just smiled and recalled his past as a coach in “The Voice”.
Two victories in “The Voice”
Indeed, Mika marked the history of “The Voice” in France by occupying the red chair for eight of the fifteen seasons. Since his arrival in 2014, he accompanied Kendji Girac to victory, and won a second victory in 2019 with Whitney Marin.
Abroad, Mika was also a judge on the show “X Factor” in Italy for five seasons, from 2013 to 2021, and participated in the Quebec “Star Academy” three years ago. In 2022, he co-hosted the Eurovision contest with Laura Pausini. This year again, he was among the coaches of “The Voice” alongside Vianney, Bigflo and Oli, and Zazie.
