Matt Pokora, a failed football career
If Matt Pokora is very proud of his journey since his debut in Popstars, he was more destined to play football than to sing.

Highly appreciated in the profession, Matt Pokora is very close to certain artists. This is particularly the case of Patrick Bruel who has a special place in his heart. Interviewed by Nice-Morning in 2023, he said he was one of his role models: “I think of Patrick Bruel, who has always been a kind of big brother to me. He's someone I've observed a lot, I've tried to learn from his way of running his boat. He started early too, even though I started a little younger than him.”
