Three months after her performance at the Paris Olympic Games, singer Céline Dion made a surprise appearance this Tuesday, October 22 at the Spirit of Life 2024 gala in Los Angelesorganized by the City of Hope Cancer Research Center. The 56-year-old star, who battles stiff person syndrome, presented the Spirit Of Life award to Jay Marciano and delivered a hopeful speech:

For many of us who experience it at one time or another, it is a great joy to come together with everyone in this room tonight to do all that is our power to help spread this great gift of hope.”

For this event, which took place the day before the birthday of her twin sons Eddy and Nelson, Celine Dion wore a black strapless dress from the brand Sportmax.
