His son, Titi, tells a funny anecdote that happened at the end of the world…

On the set of “Télématin”, Jean-Louis Aubert recalled an unprecedented situation while he was in Jamaica with his son, Titi.

Jean-Louis Aubert was recently a guest on the show Telematinto talk about his new album entitled Pafiniand a surprise intervention from his son brought a touch of emotion and comedy. While the 69-year-old singer was attentively discovering a video message, his son shared a surprising anecdote which immediately made the entire set laugh.

A swim… memorable!

While Jean-Louis Aubert spoke of his son Arthur – born in 1985 from his love affair with Lory – with lots of love in his eyes, Flavie Flament told him that his big boy had a memory to remind him of. And not just any one. Titi, that’s his nickname, reminded him of a memorable anecdote that occurred during a trip to Jamaica with the whole family, where they had a rather special swim… “Do you remember that swim in the river, where you said, ‘Come on, jump’?”he asked, smiling. Then, with humor, he added: “Do you remember what was underneath?”

Jean-Louis Aubert, visibly amused, revealed the rest of the story to the host with great relaxation: “Underneath there were 2 meter crocodiles!” A detail which had the merit of making everyone laugh, but which seems to have been taken very lightly by the singer when it could have ended badly.

A beautiful father-son bond

Jean-Louis Aubert, who had a successful career with the group Telephone and then solo, managed to create a strong bond with his son despite his busy job between recording studios and tours throughout France. Arthur slipped a few words to his famous dad during the France 2 morning show.

“Hi daddy, a little message of love, that you are not used to having on video, to tell you that I am proud of you. Proud of the artist that you are on stage and especially the dad that you are in life”launched his son. Enough to bring tears to the eyes of Jean-Louis Aubert, who has experienced some lows in recent years due to health concerns that forced him to undergo open heart surgery.
