England winger Anthony Watson ends his career

England winger Anthony Watson (30) was forced to retire for medical reasons on Friday. In two seasons, he suffered calf, Achilles and back injuries, and therefore preferred to retire from the game. Watson was capped 56 times with the England XV, taking part in two editions of the World Cup in 2015 and 2019, and won the Six Nations Tournament three times (2016, 2017 and 2020).
