Extreme metal band Arch Enemy recently played an entire set without their singer Alissa White-Gluz during their concert in Tijuana, Mexico, marking an unexpected event in their current tour.
An unforeseen absence, but a successful show
On December 3, Arch Enemy performed at El Foro Jai Alai in Tijuana under special circumstances. Alissa White-Gluz, the group’s iconic singer, was absent due to illness. Despite this setback, the musicians performed a full set in front of their fans, proving their ability to handle unforeseen events while maintaining the intensity of their performance.
This concert was part of Arch Enemy’s 18-date Mexican tour, which began on November 12 in Toluca and will end on December 11 in Mexico City. Videos captured by fans offer a glimpse into this special evening.

A highly anticipated new album
Arch Enemy is in full preparation for the release of its next album, Blood Dynastydue out March 28, 2025 via Century Media Records. Three pieces have already been extracted: Dream Stealerunveiled in July, Liars & Thieves in October, and the eponymous title Blood Dynasty in December.
The album, mixed by Jens Bogren and mastered by Tony Lindgren, promises to please fans with its mix of old school vibes and new sounds.
