The Triumphs of French Metal unveil their jury for the 2024 edition.
A celebration of French metal
The show The Triumphs of French Metalhosted by Arthur Alternatif, returns this year to celebrate the talents of the French Metal scene. Inspired by the Victoires de la Musique, this event highlights the best groups and artists of the genre across various categories. With more than 40,000 views for the previous edition on YouTube and more than 100,000 interactions on social networks, the show has established itself as an unmissable event for metal fans.

A jury made up of professionals
For the 2024 edition, a prestigious jury made up of influential players in the French metal scene has been revealed. These experts will have the task of deciding between the candidates among the proposed projects. Here is the full list of jury members:
- Kevin D'Agostino, drummer of Landmvrks
- Selim Hadriche, organizer of La Kave
- Niels Quiais, turner at BASE Productions
- Angela Dufin, press officer at NRV Promotion
- Clair Larrieu, singer of Stinky
- Rémy Brugère, video director at Van Espen
- Barbara Morgore, singer of Nightmare
- Christophe Bourry, organizer of FuriosFest
- Corentin Charbonnier, photographer and creator of the exhibition The Devil In Music at the Philharmonie de Paris
- Harold Barbé, comedian and host on France Inter
- Musclor, founder of the HYRAW Clothing brand
- Arthur Alternatif, founder and facilitator of TMF
Call for applications and support for the association
Groups wishing to participate in this edition have until December 1 to submit their application. The conditions are strict: the single must be released in 2024 and accompanied by an official music video (live session videos, lyric videos or visualizers are not accepted). The form is available online.
At the same time, a call for donations is launched to support the Alternacult association, organizer of the Triumphs of French Metal. A raffle is being held with collectible items, such as autographed drum heads, stage-broken cymbals, drumsticks, as well as merchandising from bands like Landmvrks, Benighted, Ashen, Akiavel and Dropdead Chaos.
