After two miscarriages, Mélanie Gonzalez had the immense joy of announcing to her subscribers that she was pregnant with her ninth child. On cloud nine, the star of the show Large families: life in XXL then revealed that she was expecting a baby girl, due in mid-September. Worried after stomach pains at seven months of pregnancy, the mother finally announced some reassuring news. During a new ultrasound which took place at the beginning of the week, Mélanie Gonzalez was able to see her baby “who is in great shape” and decided to give himself a little more rest. “I have to rest, I have to take it easy, because I’m starting my seventh month. I’m going to be careful.”

The Gonzalezes (Large families) will spend their summer vacation at the campsite

As the end of her pregnancy quickly approaches, Mélanie Gonzalez has taken the time to organize her next summer vacation. This Friday, June 14, the mother announced that her tribe was going to stay at the campsite. “We have been going to this campsite for 13 years, except last year. I had Paolo’s pregnancy there and all the others after. It’s a very family-friendly campsite, there’s a water park inside.”, she explained, before clarifying that it was not a collaboration. The Gonzalezes chose this location because they are used to it, but also because it is close to their house and a hospital. “The children know this campsite like the back of their hand, they love being there and we love the camping atmosphere. And then, it’s not far from the house and there is a hospital not far away. I’ll still be eight months pregnant so we won’t venture too far either.”

The Gonzalezes (Large families) spent their last vacation in Marrakech

In May, the Gonzalezes and their eight children went on vacation to Marrakech. A symbolic trip for the XXL tribe. “With Franck, we really wanted to take this trip as a family this year because for us, it’s an important year. It’s the year of our 40th birthday and Nino’s 18th birthday. I think it’s the last trip where all ten of us will be”, explained the mother-to-be. Mélanie Gonzalez is therefore awaiting the birth of her tenth child before considering her next vacation abroad.
