Min Hee Jin once again speaks out against HYBE and Bang Si Hyuk.

For months, the battle has raged between Min Hee Jin and HYBE/Bang Si Hyuk. And the recent revelation of internal HYBE documents criticizing and commenting on idols from other agencies gave Min Hee Jin new weapons to denounce the company's behavior.

HYBE CEO apologizes following leaked internal documents criticizing idols from other agencies

In a new press release, Min Hee Jin then returned to the audit of ADOR which led to her dismissal from her position as CEO by HYBE, an audit which was illegal according to her and which would not have taken place without HYBE illegally obtains personal and private information about her and her employees, and she has not been kind in her words when talking about HYBE.

In this new official press release, we can read:

“All HYBE allegations that started from this illegal audit are completely fabricated, like a made-up story.

HYBE widely publicized that an audit began on April 22, but the questionnaire they sent out on the 22nd was filled with unreasonable content and low-level questions, based on personal information they had obtained illegally. What is shocking is that this implies that they had already illegally accessed and acquired personal information before the official audit even began. This is not some sort of private investigation agency – how on earth did they get someone else's personal data without their consent, before the audit even started? It's really scary.

So what was the reason why this illegal audit was carried out so suddenly? It seems they decided to target me with this petty revenge audit because I openly highlighted and criticized the various issues and misdeeds of Chairman Bang Si Hyuk, former CEO Park Ji Won, and BELIFT CEO LAB Kim Tae-ho in front of the entire HYBE management team and board of directors.

I have been waging this difficult and painful fight for several months at my expense for two main reasons. First of all, there is absolutely no reason for NewJeans or I to be the scapegoats for HYBE's unreasonable and malicious actions. Then, I hope that the public revelation of all the mistakes and atrocities committed by HYBE can lead to something for this rotten society which must be fundamentally reformed.

I sincerely hope that we become a society where money and power can no longer cover up wrongdoing. »
