This Friday, November 1, TF1 has, once again, pulled out all the stops by broadcasting live, from the prestigious Palais des Festivals in Cannes, the high mass of music in France. The 2024 edition of NRJ Music Awards did not break tradition with a total of 15 categories in which the public could vote for their favorite artists. At the end of the evening, David Guetta, Taylor Swift, Indochine and Pierre Garnier were rewarded. Proof of their success. In terms of performance, like every year, the show was there with essential artists like Vitaa, Amir, Louane and even Slimane, who insisted on participating despite the accusations of sexual harassment which weigh heavily on him.
But the big surprise of the evening was completely different! Indeed, the Cannes stage welcomed with great fanfare the Star Academy. Among the guests, Lénie, candidate for the 2023 season, expected to represent France at Eurovision, was present to present a prize, while Emma and Masséo, recruits for the 2024 edition, had the opportunity to produce alongside David Guetta. Others were entitled to an even greater privilege! Pierre Garnier and Héléna Bailly, revealed by the 2023 season, were both named. The opportunity for the emblematic duo to meet again.
