It’s the end for HPI. The famous TF1 series, followed on average by 7.4 million viewers per episode, will end in the fifth season. The main actress of the saga Audrey Fleurot, who plays Morgane Alvaro, made the announcement in the columns of the newspaper Pocket TV.

“The fifth season will be the last,” slipped the 46-year-old actress, whose notoriety has exploded again thanks to the success ofHPI. Stopping the adventure before viewers get tired of it, that’s the choice that was made.

Don’t overdo the season

A sad announcement for which many fans had already prepared themselves. During a conference given at Festival Series Mania in Lille on Friday March 22, 2024, Audrey Fleurot had already made a statement to this effect.

I am of the opinion that we must not bore the viewers and make the season too long.

His partner in the series, Mehdi Nebbou (who plays Commander Adam Karadec), was also of the same opinion.

We would like it to end on top, with panache and fantasy, rather than it being diluted over time.

A movie ?

” I know that this is going to be painful, because I’m going to have a hard time finding a character who inspires me as much. I’m starting to prepare,” Audrey Fleurot further declared to Pocket TV. A difficult decision to make for someone who invested a lot in the creation of her character.

However, for the fans, it’s not over yet. The diffusion of the fourth season is scheduled for May 16, 2024.

And, other good news, “when the series is finished, it is not excluded that we will come back from time to time with a 90-minute format or perhaps to the cinema,” she confides.
