You’ll have to be on time. Gojira, the legendary metal band (no accent), will be performing in Reims (Marne).
The French quartet proved that their fame was no longer in doubt. But they pushed the limits of their audience even further by performing, suspended from the façade of the Conciergerie, to open the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
It would be surprising if his Mea Culpa (starting with the now cult “Ah, that will be fine.”) is not on the concert program. It will be held on Thursday, November 27, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. (watch the Olympic performance in the video below).
But to acquire the precious tickets, you will have to hurry. The sale, online and at the usual physical distributors (Fnac for example), will take place on Friday, September 27, 2024. You will have to mark 10:00 sharp in your diary.
The concert is to be held at the Reims Arena. As France 3 Champagne-Ardenne explained, 9,000 people can be seated there. It is close to the train station, the city center and its hotels, and is located right next to the cemetery (see the location on the map below).
The press release sent by the Reims events agency promises “a pure adrenaline rush” during concert, “an immersive experience” with “complex rhythms and deeply committed lyrics”. Not to be missed.
