As every year before Rosh Hashanah, its Society of Authors, Composers and Music Publishers in Israel (ACUM) publishes the title most played on Israeli radio during the past year.
In the shadow of the war, several composers and singers have dedicated their creations to this current event.

The song “Am Israel Hai” by Eyal Golan took first place in the ranking of the most played songs in 5784. In second place is the song by Yagel Oshri “Latset midikaon” (Getting Out of Depression) and in third place is the song by the group Hatikva 6 “Guiborei Al” (Superhero).

This song by Avi Ohayon and Ofir Cohen won over the Israeli public with its message of unity and optimism.

At the time the song was released, Eyal Golan wrote: “When you listen to this song, I want you to close your eyes and imagine the day after, because it will come, the union that we will take with us, peace between us, free love and a new country that will rise by the merit of each and every one of you. This song is for you, to strengthen you and give you one more reason to believe that when all this is over, when we are strong and powerful, we will keep the union that does not exist in any other place in the world like at home, with our heads held high and proud. We will win, there is no other option, we have no other country.”
