The presenter of the show C à Vous, Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine, had to disappear from the set for several minutes this Monday, April 22, 2024. She was in the middle of an interview with the governor of the Bank of France.
She had been in an interview with François Villeroy de Galhau, governor of the Bank of France, for five minutes when she had to leave the set of the show. Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine, presenter of C à vous, felt unwell live, this Monday, April 22, 2024.
Invisible for almost 15 minutes
Invisible on air for nearly fifteen minutes, she returned to her seat around 7:35 p.m., apologizing directly to her interlocutor. The governor of the Bank of France had meanwhile answered questions from Patrick Cohen and other journalists and columnists present around the table.
“A little heat”
“Please excuse me, Mr. Governor.declared Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine as she sat down again. I had a little heat stroke. But I perked up behind the scenes.”
The transition to the rest of the show was very smooth. Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine launched Lorrain Sénéchal’s column on heat records and… the discomfort live of an Indian presenter. A live coincidence that came at just the right time.
“We are doing things well in the 5 out of 5, we immediately have a rebound in the news”, joked Lorrain Sénéchal. Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine subsequently assured that everything was better.
