After a start to the week in continuity with the last few days, the weather will change from Wednesday with the return of humid weather, according to MeteoNews.
Ce Monday et mardia low cloud layer is still present “around Lake Geneva, over a large part of the Plateau and at the foot of the Jura”, indicates MeteoNews on his blog. If you want to see blue skies, you have to climb above 700-800 meters above sea level. The “cool and unpleasant temperatures” are still the case at the start of the week, between 1 and 3 degrees in the plains, and 5 to 7 degrees around 1000 meters above sea level.
-Wednesdaythe transition will begin with a depression arriving from the west. “Cloudy periods will be significantly more numerous and may even drop a few showers over the west of French-speaking Switzerland and in the Jura, but in a disparate manner,” predicts MeteoNews. However, there could still be some clearing in the afternoon, “especially in the Alps, where the foehn will be present”. In terms of temperatures, the maximums will rise between 5 and 7 degrees.

A new “cold front type” disturbance will reach Switzerland during the night from Wednesday to Thursday, with snow above 1500 meters then 1000 meters. Fortunately, the precipitation will be mainly at night and during the day THURSDAY should experience relatively dry weather with even sunshine in the afternoon and temperatures between 5 and 6 degrees.
The weekend will be mild, according to the first forecasts from MeteoNews. If Friday promises to be still cloudy, Saturday should be a very beautiful day to enjoy with sunshine and highs of more than 10 degrees in the plains and even more than 15 degrees in the Alps. On Sunday, however, the clouds returned.
