Sophie Dias, an agronomist based in Montauban (82) is also the creator of the podcast: “Échos de Ferme”. Through this format, it offers a platform for Occitan farmers to reflect on the future of our agricultural practices.
Building on the success of the first season in Tarn-et-Garonne, the engineer expanded her scope by exploring the roads of Occitanie. This time, we’re heading to Gers with the testimony of Roseline Perotto, fifth generation of farmers in the town of Condom.
