This week's premieres arrive on Wednesday, and it's not that they are very Christmassy

On Christmas Day, several films are released that will fill the theaters but that do not fit with the Christmas theme that would be expected from releases on these dates.

The Spanish billboard is already preparing for the Christmas and that is why it has brought forward the week's releases in cinemas by a couple of days, so instead of receiving the news on Friday, the theaters will host the latest productions next Wednesday December 25.

Although in these weeks we have been enjoying premieres with a marked Christmas theme and winter setting, such as animated films SuperKlaus y Niko: Beyond the Northern Lightsthe adventure comedy Red One or the Spanish comedy-drama Summer in Decemberon December 25 the panorama changes a lot.

Some of these films that I just mentioned may remain on display until then, but the most recent thing we will have in theaters will be: Nosferatu, Sonic 3: The Movie, No instructions, Parthenope, Oh, Canada y Klara and the mystery of the magic seeds. And none of these films fit their theme with these dates.

December looks like Halloween, it looks like summer, but it doesn't look like Christmas

The most important premiere of the remainder of the year is by far the horror film Nosferatu of Robert Eggersan update of the German Expressionist classic by F.W. Murnau what it seems more typical of Halloween than Christmas.

Another remake that we will see that day will be No instructions of Marina Sereseskya Spanish comedy-drama, to which are added two dramas: the Italian Parthenope of Paolo Sorrentino, which is set in a summer in Capriand the American Oh, Canada of Paul Schrader.

Finally, in the field of family cinema we get: Sonic 3: The Moviethe third installment of the saga of SEGA blue hedgehog in live action, and the Norwegian animated film Klara and the mystery of the magic seedsinspired by the stories of Agatha Christie.
