Having become a true classic of the genre, Love at first sight with Santa Claus has been on television regularly since its release in 2017. It must be said that its plot combining journalism, romance and mystery is enough to keep you in suspense while warming your heart!

We follow Jenna and Kevin, two web editors who are completely opposedwho work for the same travel section of a site specializing in lifestyle. When the end of the year arrives, their boss decides to send them reporting together in Aspen and puts them in competition to deliver the best item who is on the subject. Article which will determine which of them will be able to keep their position the following year.

While on their way to Colorado, their plane is diverted due to a snowstorm and landed at Santa Claus in Indiana. Stuck in what seems to be Santa’s real town, Jenna and Kevin find themselves staying in a warm inn run by a couple of a certain age, who will turn out to be full of surprises…

For a lovely family story, full of laughter and sweetness, A 5-star family for Christmas is a very good choice. With Bethany Joy Lenz and Victor Webster, this TV film reminds us of the benefits of being reunited with loved ones at Christmas, especially when going through difficult situations…

The story is therefore that of Lucy, who returns to her father for the December celebrations. However, when she arrives at his house, she discovers that he has transformed the house into a guest rooms…and he seriously needs help. The work was expensive and he hasn’t received a single reservation since… The whole family will therefore pitch in to help attract tourists and save the patriarch from bankruptcy.

Worn by Torrey DeVitto and Chad Michael Murray, Five greeting cards for Christmas is a little cuddly toy full of kindness, which can only cheer you up at the end of the year.

The film tells the story of Jessica, a romantic cellist and lover of Christmas, who unfortunately experiences a painful breakup a few weeks before the holidays. Having decided to take a break from her quest for true love, she chooses tosending the greeting cards she bought for her ex-boyfriend to the five people who meant the most in her life. One of them, intended for her former music teacher, falls into the hands of her son Luke, who comes to thank the young woman in person. Both of them will then be led to spend time together, which will inevitably lead to their rapprochement.

What could be more magical than a Christmas in Laplande, in the land of Santa Claus? For his exotic setting, its electric romance and its humour, Love at first sight at Christmas is the ideal TV movie to escape during the holiday season.

Direction Kiruna, a Suèdewhere Charlotte Marton, a receiver, is sent to close down a small French toy manufacturing company. There, she will be welcomed by Martial, the head of this company who is doing everything he can to save his company and its employees, while juggling a complicated family life. Bored by her job and more and more resigned, the young woman will little by little fall under the spell of this sweet dreamer and let herself be enchanted by the magical atmosphere of this snowy place.

Once upon a time in Castlebury – 8,5/10

For lovers of fairy tale, Once upon a time in Castlebury contains all the elements to make you dream, starting with a attractive dukeplayed by Sam Heughan (Outlander), and a pretty castle.

The story thus focuses on Julie, a sparkling young woman full of imagination, who raises her deceased sister’s children alone in her small village. Daily life is not always easy, but she still manages to keep her family united and happy. So, when the opportunity arises to go for a Christmas in a castle near Liechtenstein with the Duke of Castleburythe latter does not hesitate for a single moment!

The end of year celebrations serve to bring comfort to those who need it and The Christmas medallion reminds us of this perfectly. If the story seems, at first glance, a little sad, it nevertheless offers its share of emotion, while putting forward the magic of Christmas and its miracles.

We thus discover Christine, a young, overwhelmed single mother, who accumulates problems in this month of December. Three weeks before Christmas, she loses her job, risks being evicted from her house and loses custody of her two children, it’s as if fate is bearing down on her.

One day, when she witnesses a road accident, Christine helps a woman suffering from a heart attack and saves his life. She realizes shortly after that she has lost her medallion, which came to her from her father and to which she cared very much. At the same time, the lady she helped regains consciousness and asks his grandson Jason to find his guardian angel…

A Christmas as red as love – 7,5/10

With Bethany Joy Lenz once again in the cast, A Christmas as red as love is a rather traditional romantic TV film, which will nevertheless soothe tormented souls. And if it doesn’t revolutionize the genre, it has everything you need to have a good time.

We follow Ellie Palmer, a young woman specializing in town planning in a big city, who returns to her native countryside for the end of year holidays. She then finds the horticultural farm in which she grew up and discovers with horror that the poinsettias did not turn red and therefore cannot be delivered to his parents’ customers for the holidays. This could lead to the sale of the farm, putting an end to the family tradition and passion for flowers. Gifted in botany, Ellie will do her best to save his parents’ business and will take the opportunity to reconnect with the land of his childhood.

Christmas, my ex and me – 7,5/10

For fans of enemies to lover, Christmas, my ex and me is totally recommended! With Leighton Meester (Gossip Girl) and Robbie Amell in the lead, this TV movie certainly does not lack humor and plays the card of a nice squabble between two exes. Perfect for enjoying the joys of the end of the year the day after a breakup…

The story follows Graham, a young video game designer, who returns home to his parents for Christmas and is unpleasantly surprised to discover that‘they invited his ex, Ali, to stay with them for the holidays. Worried at the idea that the latter will remain forever stuck to his family, he decides to do everything to reveal his diabolical side to those close to him. Both of them will thus fight a merciless battlein order to win the right to spend all the next holidays with the family, the loser having to give up his visitation rights.

The Christmas Surprise – 7/10

Fans of Scott Brothers can once again find one of their favorite actors with The Christmas Surprisewhere Chad Michael Murray plays opposite Jessy Schram.

The film centers on a hit cooking showwhich is about to celebrate its 7th anniversary. And, for this occasion, the team is preparing a special Christmas edition. Maggie, who works on the program, is therefore responsible for the organization and will be brought to collaborate with Danny, the host’s son. Between their opposing approaches to the holidays and their different working methods, their association will create some sparks… which will set fire, rest assured, to nothing other than their hearts!

With a crazy and absurd scenario that completely fits into the clichés of the genre, The Christmas Proposal has fun with what social pressure can lead us to do.

We thus follow Jolie, who returns to her native Louisiana for the holidays, where she learns that her ex-boyfriend, Foster, decided to introduce his new partner to everyone. Uncomfortable with the situation, Jolie therefore goes ask Jack, her best friend’s brother, to pretend to be her new fiancé. Enough to bring its share of discomfort and misunderstandings!
