Star of “Back in Action”, American actress Cameron Diaz is making her big return to the screens, ten years after her last film.

The big return of the Hollywood icon. Cameron Diaz, 52, stars in “Back in Action” with Jamie Foxx, 56. The film’s story is about a married couple who, after leaving the CIA, are forced to plunge back into the chaotic world of espionage.

In a teaser released this Thursday, the actress declares: “For the first time in a long time, I felt alive again”, while her character kicks the butts of a team of men who approached at a gas station. “I felt like that bitch again!” she added.

The video then sees Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx navigate a multitude of explosive action scenes.

The star of “The Mask”, “Mary at all costs” and the films “Charlie’s Angels”, therefore chose a muscular comeback to come out of a “retirement” taken in 2018. About this break, she recently declared to Fortune magazine: “For me, it was just something I had to do. I felt like I had to do this to get my life back together. And nothing else really mattered to me.”

“Back in Action,” directed by Seth Gordon, will arrive January 17 on Netflix.
