It’s been nearly three decades since the rabies virus escaped from a bioweapons lab, and now, still under a brutally imposed quarantine, some have found ways to exist among the infected.

One of these groups of survivors lives on a small island connected to the mainland by a single, heavily defended road. When one of the members of the group leaves the island to enter the dark heart of the continent, they discover secrets, wonders and horrors that have mutated not only the infected, but also other survivors.

Jack O’Connell, Jodie Comer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Ralph Fiennes are in charge of starring in these three new films in the franchise.
