Hello family ????

This is not an exercise, we repeat, this is not an exercise:Red, white and royal blue officially has a sequel. Because we deserve beautiful things. But that’s not the only good thing we had this week!

We caught up with Alyssa Edwards and Latrice Royale, who both remain booked, blessed and served on their new shows. The goat And We are here, respectively. We also celebrated queer joy by watching twin brothers come out to their parents and reminiscing about our bisexual awakenings through 25 years of viewing. The Mummy. Oh, and we got to see Stormy Daniels brutalize Donald Trump, aka Orange Turd (his words ????).

To top it off, we delved into the complex issue of identifying as a lesbian today, at a time when a certain community (*cough* TERFS *cough*) is trying to reclaim and problematize it. Yeah, we DON’T do that. Two of PRIDE’s proud lesbians explain what that identity means to them now and why we will NEVER let the haters have it. Plus, check out what PRIDE staff got up to this week below! ⬇️

????️‍???? PRIDE IN THE STREETS! ????️‍????

PRIDE’s Ricky Cornish partied all weekend in Las Vegas with his best friend Karsyn for her birthday! The duo joined Encore Beach Club and later saw T-Pain opening for Snoop Dogg (AKA DJ Snoopadelic) during an unreal DJ set at Ayu Dayclub. Could a birthday be spent any other way?! For all the visitors heading to Sin City soon, stay tuned here to see all the hot spots Ricky encounters in Vegas.

Ricky is not the only one enjoying the good weather! I traveled to Southern California for a day at Universal Studios where I soaked up some vitamin D, rode Super Nintendo World, rode all the rides (literally), ate a donut the size of my head, and lived out my Fay Wray fantasy!

Here’s what we’re watching, listening to and vibing this weekend!

???? At the cinema: Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes

???? Stream & Chill: Doctor Who

FINALLY! Our gay Timelord’s TARDIS has landed. Actor Ncuti Gatwa takes over as the iconic Doctor and prepares to face his greatest and most powerful enemy yet, The Maestro, played by none other than Jinkx Monsoon. This season also stars Jonathan Groff and trans actor Pete MacHale and is set to be the queerest season ever. We are sitting. Doctor Who premieres today on Disney+.

???? In our ears: we can do difficult things

This week, one of our favorite podcastswe can do hard things, sat down with one of our favorite athletes, Brittney Griner. Hosts Glennon Doyle and Abby Wambach sat down with the basketball star to talk about her terrifying time in Russia, coming out, healing from trauma and the joy of becoming a parent.

THIS IS WHAT PRIDE LOOKS LIKE ❤️????????????????????
