MotoGP: Honda celebrates its champions in Japan

At the beginning of December, Ducati organized an evening near its base camp, to pay tribute to all its exploits in 2024. An event during which the top four of the MotoGP world championship were notably present. This week, it's Honda's turn to honor its drivers in Tokyo, during the 'Honda Racing Season Finale' event.

This Saturday and Sunday, December 14 and 15, all drivers involved in Honda competition programs will travel to Tokyo to celebrate the brand's achievements. A free event open to all upon registration, which will offer fans of the Japanese factory the opportunity to see the machines and drivers a little closer.

On the program for these two days: demonstrations, meetings with those involved in Honda's success and exhibitions of vehicles of all kinds.

In MotoGP, Honda had a difficult 2024 season to say the least. Joan Mir, Luca Marini, Takaaki Nakagami and Johann Zarco will nevertheless be honored for their efforts in the manufacturer's quest to regain color in a discipline where it has won so much. The Italian also announced that he was already there, with his wife and daughter, via his social networks.

Johann Zarco will meet Takumi Takahashi and Teppei Nagoe, the teammates with whom he won the Suzuka 8H last July. Somkiat Chantra, now a teammate of the French driver at LCR Honda, was also announced among the guests of honor.

As many drivers as we can find on the first day of the event. The second being more focused on the factory car drivers. Yuki Tsunoda, RB driver, Red Bull's sister team in Formula 1, will be part of the cast for this second day.

The event will be broadcast live on the HRC YouTube channel, via this link. The second day of celebration will be available for viewing via this.
