Fourteen victories
Including that of this Sunday in Barcelona, which can be attributed to the Italian, Jorge Martin and Pecco Bagnaia achieved a total of fourteen victories on Sunday together. While Pecco won eleven times, Jorge Martin found success three times.
In Sprint, the numbers are balanced, since the Spaniard was crowned seven times, against seven for the Italian, which brings their total to fourteen.
Together, the two riders have won no less than twenty-eight successes out of the 40 possible during this 2024 MotoGP season, all events combined.
Their main opponent is none other than Marc Marquez, since the latter has won three times in the main race, and once in the Sprint.
Thirteen pole positions.
On the fast lap exercise, Martin and Bagnaia were not ridiculous either. In the second half of the season, the two men left only three pole positions to the competition, while together they set thirteen of the twenty fastest times in Q2 over the entire 2024 campaign.
Another Saturday session during which Jorge Martin took the advantage, with seven goals against six.

More than 50% of the podiums
Ducati left little room for other manufacturers on the podium in 2024, but it owes this success to two men in particular. If we take into account that sixty places were available on the box on Sunday this season, Jorge Martin and Pecco Bagnaia could allocate a maximum of 40, or twenty each.
They didn't go far, since Martin's sixteen podiums, and Bagnaia's sixteen, bring their joint tally to thirty-two appearances. They thus won more than half of the podiums at stake in 2024.
The climax of the Martin – Bagnaia duel at Sepang
It is no longer possible to think of the Martin – Bagnaia duel without thinking of the Malaysian MotoGP Grand Prix. The rivalry between the two men took a completely different turn, when the Pramac driver had a first match point to close the race for the title.
After an unforgettable Qualifying session, during which the two men beat anyone by more than a second, the main race was the scene of a clash which will remain etched in the memories.
Under the unbearable heat of Sepang, Martin and Bagnaia fought for the lead, swapping positions eleven times. These passes of arms, carried out in barely three rounds, saw the Spaniard carry out eight successful maneuvers on his opponent, against also eight for Bagnaia, who ultimately responded to each of these attacks to emerge victorious from this duel.
