The wait was long before the decision was made to cancel free practice 1. In total, the drivers provided more than an hour and a half of live action, without being able to put on a show on the track. However, they managed to use their imagination and entertain the fans both on TV and on site. While we could watch a game of Uno in the Tech3 box, Fabio Di Giannantonio had fun writing messages to the Safety Car on the display boards, while Johann Zarco walked around the pit lane, and that Fabio Quartararo improvised as a photographer. Those who didn’t have the courage to stand up, however, didn’t miss much.
