“Do it like in Japan, but without the falls!” »

Pedro Acosta was racing towards great results in Motegi (including a sprint victory) before making a mistake. The Spaniard wants to continue this momentum at Phillip Island, this time by validating his potential with points.

Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GasGas Tech3): “I had a good week at home after so many races and travels, I was able to rest, disconnect and also train where I like the most. We have 4 very intense Grands Prix left and we will finish our first season as a MotoGP rider. I hope to continue with the same dynamic as the Motegi weekend, but without the falls! »

“Phillip Island is the first weekend of the remaining 4 and it’s a circuit that I love, it’s the most demanding in the championship and I hope I can get a good result there. The only handicap in Australia for a guy from Mazarron is the cold… but we will try to fight it! »

Augusto Fernandez (Red Bull GasGas Tech3): “We’re heading to one of my favorite circuits on the calendar, Phillip Island is so special and it’s amazing to ride there. The last few rounds haven’t been easy, but we continue to stay motivated. We had some positives in Japan that we just need to apply and turn into results, so let’s do everything we can to be more competitive in Australia. »
