Bagnaia is “in better physical condition” than at Misano 1

Francesco Bagnaia: “We are returning to Misano for the second time this year, but compared to two weeks ago the conditions will be very different. The temperatures will be lower and we are also coming off a day of testing. My fitness is better than for Misano 1, so we will start with an advantage compared to last time. The Emilia Romagna Grand Prix is ​​also the first of a three-weekend series: from here the season will accelerate and, with the finale approaching, it is even more important to perform well at this stage of the championship.”

Enea Bastianini: “Racing on your home track is always something special, and this year we are lucky enough to be back there for the second time. Compared to the Grand Prix two weeks ago, we will see lower temperatures this weekend, which will make the track conditions slightly different. In the post-race test we found a solution that allowed me to be fast even with the medium rear tyre, something we lacked at Misano 1 to fight for the win. Let’s see how this weekend goes, but I feel positive overall.”
