Aprilia and Gresini announce the dates of their presentations for 2025

The MotoGP presentation calendar is filling up quickly! After Ducati, which announced a presentation at Madonna di Campiglio next January, Aprilia and Gresini have announced when their 2025 campaigns will be officially launched.

Aprilia has planned a presentation on Thursday January 16 at 12:00 p.m., particularly anticipated since the Italian brand will welcome the reigning world champion, Jorge Martín, and Marco Bezzecchi, who will succeed Aleix Espargaró and Maverick Viñales. By then, we should know if Martín will display the number 1 or keep the #89 on his bike.

The objectives will naturally be on the rise for the Noale manufacturer, which remains in a mixed season, with one success for Viñales on Sunday and two for Espargaró on Saturday, but only third place in the constructors' championship, largely dominated by Ducati.

After his first day riding the Aprilia, Martín was not able to speak in detail about his feelings but the Madrilenian has already mentioned the big progress made on the new model.

Gresini, for his part, planned to change the universe for his presentation. Last year, the team organized a ceremony at Cocoricò, a nightclub in Riccione. This time, the Italian team will meet at the Imola circuit, on Saturday January 18 at 4:00 p.m., where it will reveal its colors.

During this ceremony, we will naturally find Álex Márquez, who will play his third season in the team, and the newcomer Fermín Aldeguer, placed by Ducati and responsible for succeeding Marc Márquez, who will appear in his new colors of the official team for the first time two days later. Gresini will take the opportunity to present its machines entered in Moto2 and MotoE.

Gresini has become accustomed to winning in recent years. In charge of the entry of official Aprilias from 2015 to 2021 in MotoGP, the structure immediately found success when its association began with Ducati in 2022, thanks to Enea Bastianini, winner of a total of four races that year . In 2023, Álex Márquez won two sprints and Fabio Di Giannantonio a main race while in 2024, Marc Márquez won three times.

In 2025, Gresini will continue to field Ducatis from the previous season, the model that saw Jorge Martín and Pecco Bagnaia battle it out for the title this year.

Note that after the presentations organized by most of the teams, they will come together for a large joint ceremony organized in Bangkok, in the wake of the first winter tests which will be held on the Sepang circuit, and before the last session scheduled for Buriram, which will then be the scene of the first Grand Prix of the year.
