Ziyech spent last season on loan from Chelsea to Galatasaray, before the Turkish club decided to sign him permanently, scoring 8 goals and providing 4 assists with Galatasaray last season in all competitions, and led the Istanbul club to win the Turkish League title for the second time in a row.
