20A Street, Rabat

The Free Justice Union, affiliated with the General Union of Workers, announced its intention to launch a new national strike starting today, Monday, until next Wednesday, in all courts, judicial centers, sub-directorates, preservation centers, and the central administration. It will resume on the 10th, 11th, and 12th of the same month.

The union explained in a statement that it “will continue the strike of dignity to ratify the basic system of the clerkship in the form agreed upon with the Ministry of Justice,” considering that “the issue is a fateful matter for justice workers, especially since the responsibility of the clerkship is no less important than the responsibility of other bodies in bearing the burden of judicial administration throughout the stages of the lawsuit until implementation.”

The statement, which was issued after a meeting of the National Office of the Free Justice Union, added: “To study a set of points that concern justice workers, especially the issuance of the basic system for the registry office,” that the office “congratulates all employees of the registry office and activists of the Free Justice Union for their success in the previous stages of the strike, with a view to winning the battle for the basic system of our organization and also to doing justice to the sector’s engineers’ union.”
