According to what an informed source reported, the new changes that will occur with the beginning of the new company’s era will include only the logo, banners, and titles of official documents such as invoices, adding that there are no changes planned at this stage for consumers. The same source stressed: “With the exception of the logos on the invoices and the banners present at the various contact points and in the payment institutions, nothing will change for the consumer,” stressing that the prices and invoices will not be affected by any change.

The capital of the regional multi-service company amounts to 200 million dirhams, distributed between the state’s contribution of 25%, the Casablanca-Settat territorial group for distribution with 40%, the Casablanca-Settat region with 10%, and the National Office of Electricity and Potable Water, including Its rate is 25%.

It should be noted that the tasks of distributing water, electricity and liquid disinfection were assigned for 30 years, under a management contract with the Casablanca-Settat Territorial Communities Group for Distribution.
