Beşiktaş Vice President Hüseyin Yücel talked to beIN SPORTS about their UEFA Europa League rivals and the latest transfer developments in the black and white team.
Speaking about the opponents, Yücel said, “I don’t want to evaluate the draw as easy or difficult. There are easy and difficult aspects in each group. Two Dutch teams made it out. Both are well-known teams by our coach. This is a matter of chemistry. Of course, our first goal is to advance from the groups. We must not lose the chemistry we have gained. This time, we will beat both Lyon and Malmö away.”
“WE CANNOT GET RID OF FOREIGNERS”
Yücel also said about the number of foreign players in the team, “We have no problems in terms of recruiting players. The players are ready but we need to get rid of the current foreign players. The biggest example is Aboubakar… I sit in the stands but we are faced with a mentality of leaving. If we can get good news today, we will make progress on the other side as well.”
