Ahmed Attaf holds talks with Saudi counterpart: Situation in Gaza discussed
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, received, this Tuesday, a phone call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.
According to a statement from the ministry, the meeting provided an opportunity to review the developments of the Palestinian issue, in light of the genocide perpetrated by the Zionist entity in the Gaza Strip and its extension to the West Bank on the orders of the occupation authorities as part of a comprehensive process of purification, occupation and expansion.
The two ministers also discussed the prospects for strengthening Arab and Islamic action to face these growing challenges and mobilizing the international community to defend the legitimacy it has approved for the establishment of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state as a just, permanent and definitive solution to the problem of the conflict.
