Beyond the French victory in Belgium, Germany and Italy won this Monday, during the fourth day.

Victory which counts double for Germany. The selection of Julian Nagelsmann challenged the Netherlands this Monday, in group A3, for the fourth day of the Nations League. With a 1-0 victory at stake. And a ticket already insured in quarters. Beyond a goal from Leweling that was ultimately refused (2nd), Germany got off to the best start. Hoffenheim goalkeeper, Baumann was not called upon… Dominating is not, however, winning, and the locals were unable to make the difference during this first act (0-0 MT). But what had to happen happened: Leweling took advantage of a ball poorly cleared by the Dutch defense to score his first goal, for his first cap (1-0, 64th). More or less technically unemployed until then, Baumann dismissed the attempt of Simons, loaned to Leipzig by PSG (76th). Mittelstädt still had the opportunity to make the break (83rd) but we left it there in Munich (1-0 final score). In the ranking of this group A3, Germany takes the lead with 10 points, ahead of the Netherlands and Hungary (5 pts).

In the other matches on the menu this Monday, we will remember Italy’s victory against Israel (4-1) in Udine. A match from group A2, that of , which beat Belgium in Brussels (1-2). Despite a little scare at the start of the game (7th), Donnarumma and his little comrades took the reins and were thwarted by Glazer (15th, 18th, 20th) or… their own clumsiness (30th, 33rd, 43rd). On a foul by Peretz on Tonali, the Italians however inherited a penalty, converted by Retegui (1-0, 41st). Italy logically rewarded. And who doubled the stakes shortly after the resumption of the debates, Di Lorenzo catapulting Raspadori’s free kick into the Israeli cage (2-0, 54th). Abu Fani (a little) prolonged the suspense (1-2, 66th) but Frattesi (3-1, 73rd) and Di Lorenzo (4-1, 79th) killed it (-41 final score). Still undefeated, the Italian team has a total of 10 points and appears at the top of the group ahead of France (9 pts) and Belgium (4 pts). Slovakia, Albania, Hungary, Sweden, Turkey and Wales are the other winners of the day.
