Pascal Praud was at the helm of a new issue of Pro Hour on CNews this Monday, December 23, 2024. Initially, the journalist opened his show with an editorial on the Bayrou government. In this edition, he was surrounded by Sabrina Medjebeur, Nathan Devers, Georges Fenech, Gauthier Le Bret et Régine Delfour.
Régine Delfour, who was on a duplex in Mayotte last week, returned to the situation. On this day of national mourning, the journalist expressed her anger because “nothing was done”. She explains in particular that there is no drinking water and denounces various problems.
Pascal Praud attacks Gauthier Le Bret
Then, during the show, Pascal Praud calls out his columnist Gauthier Le Bret because he received a message concerning him. The host reads: “Mr. Le Bret reminds me of those brilliant political chroniclers of the Fourth Republic at the center of a rich network of informants, on the lookout for the latest rumor, waving mini scoops of revolution while France is sinking”.
After reading this message, Pascal Praud, who was recently the victim of a live incident, said again in a dry tone: “France is sinking, sir”. Thus, with humor, the host violently attacks his columnist. Gauthier Le Bret retorts: “I have nothing to do with it”. The journalist adds: “There is this side… everyone has their own little bit of information”.
