In a letter to the LRs that BFMTV was able to obtain, François Bayrou tries to give guarantees to ensure their entry into the government.
The Prime Minister mentions “parliamentary initiatives” to “ensure the authority of the State” which he promises to follow “with great attention”.
He still defends “transparency in access to social assistance”, a project that he wants to “conduct with speed”.
Laurent Wauquiez has repeatedly denounced “the vagueness” of the policy that the Prime Minister wishes to pursue and has “declined” his entry into the government. Bruno Retailleau should, however, be kept in his position.
