Last Thursday, Hervé Alloy convened his last municipal council of the year. Despite a few absent councilors, who had given power, with the exception of two opposition councilors, the ten deliberations were voted unanimously.
Among them, we could remember the deliberation relating to the prevention of flood risks and in particular the subsidy granted to citizens wishing to acquire the purchase of cofferdams. Cali will grant a subsidy of 400 euros, to which the municipality will add 200 euros. Only one aid will be provided per home, without resource conditions. Presentation of proof of home flooding will be required.
Then, the council deliberated on the acquisition of the Gagnebée building located at 12, rue du Prieuré, intended to make a quality restaurant, for the sum of 170,301 euros – less the acquisition of the garage already recorded, which will be demolished –. This sum will be included in the 2025 budget, with corresponding revenue in the form of a four-year bridging loan. A lease with a promise to purchase of 12,000 euros for a period of three years will be signed with the future buyer SAS Guinguette du Château. These rents will be deducted from the sale price.
Other deliberations focused on accounting operations on the budget and on hourly compensation for agents and their working time.
New urban furniture
As with every council, the mayor made some announcements concerning the municipality. During the last mayors' fair in Paris, where two elected officials accompanied the mayor, several pieces of street furniture were purchased: four basketball boards for the gymnasium, equipment to create a street workout site for young people on the Plaine des Gueytines sports, around ten urban trash cans, dog stations and ashtrays, as well as a new educational radar, which will be installed near schools.
Work at the dojo will be delayed as not all tenders have been finalized. This project of around 300,000 euros will be subsidized at 75%. Concerning the thorny issue of the abbey church, the work will begin at the end of January. Finally, the wish ceremony will take place on Friday, January 10, at the community center.
