“The little girl made fun of at school”: this beautiful revenge that Clara Luciani, former victim of harassment, takes

Yesterday mocked, today applauded. At the height of her career, Clara Luciani shines on stage, notably at the Olympia, where she recently enchanted the public with a series of moving concerts. A great lesson in resilience for someone who once bore the brunt of violent harassment.

Clara Luciani is at the top of her game. The singer, who is performing sold-out concerts at the Olympia this week, received particular support this Wednesday, December 18: the academicians of the Star Academy 2024. Godmother of this new promotion, the interpreter of In Grenada wanted to pay tribute to their efforts in an unforgettable way.

During his concert, the artist took the microphone to dedicate one of his songs, Funny times, to Marguerite, named this week: “And speaking of little sister, I would like to dedicate it to someone who is in the room this evening and whose name is Marguerite”she said to applause. A scene of great intensity, which the young academician witnessed from the audience, surrounded by the five other remaining students. And the emotions didn’t stop there : Laura Felpin, great friend of Clara Luciani, was also present in the audience to support the singer in this great and beautiful revenge!

Clara Luciani, a childhood marked by harassment

Clara Luciani’s success has not been a long, quiet river. Guest in 2021 on the show The HQ by Guillaume Pley and Jimmy Labeeu, the singer spoke about her difficult childhood. “I have always been very, very tall. At 11 years old, I was 1m76, and you see, children can be a little cruel to each other”she explained. A difference that quickly put her aside. I was super pushed to the side, super mocked… I think it fed my imagination to be alone like that”she confided, evoking a heavy loneliness which had pushed her to close in on herself. Fortunately, today, Clara Luciani proudly claims what she is. “Now I live with my face and I know I have my faults and everything, but I accept them”, she explained. A revenge which did not escape those close to him.

This Friday, December 20, the young mother shared in her story a message received after one of her concerts: “It feels good to see the little girl made fun of at school become a stage beast. It’s beautiful, it’s big, it’s sublime.” A sentence that sums up perfectly the extraordinary trajectory of the artist.
