Price increases that can be explained

« The increase in prices for automobile repair and maintenance services in France reflects a general trend for consumers. Several factors contribute to this increase which, however, tends to slow down after the boom of recent months. It is particularly linked to the technological evolution of vehicles, the increasing complexity of repairs, the increase in spare parts costs, and stricter environmental requirements. More than ever, price transparency and clarity of quotes are essential to avoid unpleasant surprises. Professionals in the sector must strive to find a balance between profitability and customer satisfaction, continuing to evolve through innovation, and optimizing their processes to contain costs. », analyzes Fabien Borsa, CEO of idGarages.
