After an action and adventure game and two roguelite / roguelike titles, we are changing universe and type of game. Indeed, yesterday afternoon, the video game platform Epic Games unveiled its new mystery game. You like construction games, you appreciate being allowed to make your own decisions and you love freedom, you might like the following. Epic Games revealed the 4th game in its Advent calendar: TerraTech.
We don't know if this is a directive from Epic Games, but since the start of the 2024 Advent Calendar event, the amount of gifts does not exceed 22.50 euros. This is still the case with the new surprise of this operation. Going through Epic Games to obtain TerraTech corresponds to a saving of 22.39 euros.

TerraTech
TerraTech is an open-world construction and exploration game developed and published by Playload Studios. The whole story takes place on a hostile planet.
The player steps into the shoes of an intergalactic prospector who has just arrived on this planet. He will have to explore it to find resources (and collect and store them), build vehicles (to cover as much surface area as possible) then defend himself.
Depending on the different modular blocks he has, the player will be able to build different types and sizes of vehicles (land, air or hybrid). You will have to be able to adapt to the environment. Indeed, you must be able to progress both in the middle of the desert and in the middle of the forest. The player should also remember that enemies may not be very far away when building vehicles.
In addition to a single player mode, TerraTech has a multiplayer mode in which participants can compete or cooperate. The latter offers several types of games: Co-Op Campaign, Co-Op Creative, Death Match or Sumo.
In summary, TerraTech is a sandbox game of construction and survival in an open world that can be hostile. It will appeal to all players who are looking for challenges, an intuitive and free construction system and who want to be able to play solo as well as against other players. There is enough to occupy your time for hours.
